Kate Russell is a leadership and team coach and author of Leaders Who Lead.

Kate is an accredited mediator (Resolution Institute) and trained conflict management coach (CINERGY ™) with over thirty years’ experience working with people dealing with conflict.

She uses her mediation skills to help leaders and teams communicate better with each other to create safe, productive and dynamic workplaces.

Kate has also worked as a consultant, facilitator, trainer, and ran her own production company (The Factory) in the last eighteen years.

Her book Leaders who lead. For leaders who love their teams is a practical handbook for leaders who find themselves in leadership roles and want to apply a positive approach to their leadership.

Since becoming an accredited mediator in 2006, Kate has conducted numerous workplace mediations; assisted a variety of organisations to improve workplace culture and manage conflict more effectively and created and run team building days to help teams work better together.
