IBOM – Interactive Bill of Materials

A Bill of Material (BOM) is a list of all components, manufactured parts – either purchased or raw materials needed to build a part or product.  IBOM automatically creates the BOM and then interactively updates information about a product (as it is edited).  Authorised members within a group who are connected to that product or component are then notified about the change in real-time.

This innovative approach avoids cost and manufacturing mistakes as authorised members have access to up-to-date BOM (highly accurate with the latest version of associated filed, data and CAD related documentation).  With IBOM, your purchasing department will now have access to the latest, most current, associated drawing files and data.

INTERACTIVE ASSET INFORMATION CENTRE (AIC)

CAD Smart Share technology incorporates our smart-track interactive Asset Information Centre to capture engineering CAD design information in real-time.  It virtually shares collective information with authorised users who can then experience additional functionality and integration.  When used with IBOM and Parts Books, interaction is multi-directional, and if required, multi-lingual as well.
