IncludeChange specialises in individualised leadership advisory, strategy formulation, business performance improvement, and commercialisation.

Two senior South Australian executives started IncludeChange in 2016. We draw on the experience of leadership specialist, widely experienced industrialist and author, Dr Jannie Lourens, and Annelie Lourens, a respected corporate strategist and systems management professional.

Jannie has always been curious about the essence and process of leadership. In 2001 he obtained his PhD (cum laude) in Leadership.  In 2017, he published ‘Leadership for the Age of Change – How to Lead Successfully in the 21^st Century’.  His book offers novel frameworks that show leaders how to Make their Future during times of hyper-change.
